It depends on what I am doing.

With the Fleshlight, I use either Fleshlube or Astroglide.

Just with my hand, I use my homemade Albolene. The recipe is easy to find and is much cheaper.

If anal is happening (sex or toys), a good silicone lube is used. I haven't really noticed a big difference in silicone brands. That have all worked really well.

Give "squalane" a try. It's the natural lube of the vagina. Purified, can be bought in a little bottle. Get it at Amazon or some health-food stores.
