i have noticed that if you apply a bit of pressure to the area between your balls and anus at the very end of your piss you can get out a bit more and lessen the chance of drippage

Always been extra careful about getting the last drop or two out if I know I will be having sex. If I'm home, I will milk it a few extra times just to make sure. I have also used a tissue on occasion.

3) Always have a leak. At the least it's a few drops, no matter how much I shake it and milk it trying to get the last drops out. Sometimes it's a small squirt. If I pee frequently when it's not urgent yet, I drip less. If I have to wait too long and my need to go is more urgent then it's more difficult to fully shut it off when I'm done. Seems no matter how much I shake and milk it, there is always more.
I also have "bashfull kidneys". If I'm standing at a urinal that doesn't have a divider between me and the next one, then it takes a while to relax enough to release my urine, and when I'm finished it takes longer to shake it and wring it out and whatever, trying to get it to stop, so I don't have a wet spot in the front of my pants. Sometimes when I'm in a public restroom I don't even try to use the urinal because it's too stressful. I wait for a stall to empty out.
I don't think being partialy cut has anything to do with it.
