OK, so I've got this thing whereby if I don't ejaculate for a week or so, I can basically squeeze out thick pulses of cum after I pee. And no I'm not orgasming either. Right after I can get hard and cum if I want.

This is what it's like: after a week of not cumming, I get to the point where by prostate basically feel really "full". Sometimes it's even hard to pee. BUT, I've been able to do this so long, what happens is that after I pee, I'll use my PC muscles to squeese out more pee, then stop. I'll feel a tingling in my prostate area and if I squeeze my PC muscles really hard again, I can feel contractions an cum comes out. It actually feels really nice, but I'm NOT orgasming.

Some points:

1. It ONLY happens if I abstain from ejaculating for at least a week.
2. I have been able to do it JUST from squeezing my PC muscles but doing it after I pee and sqeezing is a lot easier.
3. If I go say 10 days without, I'll actually begin to come after peeing and doing the "squeeze out".

The only thing I can think of is I have a very active prostate which fills fast and requires emptying.

Nope, can't say that I can do that. You might want to talk to your Urologist about that, it might NOT be a good thing. Then again, it may just be how your body is made to work.

That happened to me once when I hadn't cum for several days. I called my dad and told him what was going on. He said he did the same thing and his doctor explained it as a strong prostate. Nothing to worry about, he said. He added I might want to consider jerking off at least once a day.

I enjoy a similar response to extended edging without ejaculation. If I deny the orgasm/ejaculation for several days my prostate/seminal vesicle begins to feel full and I'll sometimes emit semen after I pee.
