Maybe I'm missing something here, but what exactly is the point of having a national masturbation month? I've not heard anything in the media about it; nothing to pomote its benefits; nothing to educate the populace about it; nobody speaking about it. Surely all these things need to be done to reap any benefits out of having a National Month for anything.
