I had that happen. It is most likely something to do with something someone did on the same ISP as you so they block a portion of public IP range. Unfortunately it might take a few days to clear up. You could try using a VPN that would give you a different public IP address.

If you came into a room with anything with dad in your name you were automatically banned as it's not allowed because of the no incest rule.
