When I unlocked the ability to cam and mic, the server needed users to get to a certain posting level to unlock each of the features. Cam was a pretty high level - you had to post a lot/frequently. I figured that turned some guys off since it would require a lot of activity.
There was a double xp event going the holiday weekend I got access. But after all that, I didn't feel like bothering with it.
