So - two things to note... Since the "Is Anyone Up" debacle of 2011-2012, anything that is considered revenge porn is illegal in 49 of the 50 US States, and in most other developed countries as well. So a few of you who have posted in here are encouraging breaking that law. Secondly, as you hopefully all know, Discord has extremely strict policies on these things which we enforce fully. So, if you are one of those who like this sort of thing and do it, do NOT come to the jackinchat server on Discord, you won't be welcome.

In a word: Yes. A public figure signed up to have their public content spread far and wide. Your "friend" didn't, and more likely than not, did not expect you to spread their images for others to masturbate to. Further, as any random episode of Catfish shows, it's disturbingly easy to track down the original source of social media-style pics, allowing the worst of the asshats to stalk and/or harass these people who did nothing but communicate with people online.

Spreading someone's personal pictures to random people for your joint sexual gratification without the subject's consent is "no different" than "stumbling across" a picture that arouses you? Are you sure? One requires you to make the conscious decision to spread someone else's content to others. A bit different.

These are the same sorts of comments rapists frequently make regarding their victims: "She wanted it," "She was asking for it," "She shouldn't have dressed that way."

Just so you're all aware, as noted by orbis, we have very strict rules about this sort of thing on the Discord chat. For that matter, Discord is very strict in their enforcement of their own policies against what's termed "revenge porn." We not only abide by those rules, we agree with them, and do not hesitate to report violators to Discord, who may determine to not just settle for the offender being banned from the server but may close the offenders' Discord account.
After seeing this rule (and the rest of the Discord server rules) in action, the site owner here intends to institute a long-overdue update of the site's Terms of Service, including among this change, a similar rule regarding others' personal pics. Now, let's be honest...given the record of site updates that could happen in 10 minutes or 10 years. But, even without that change in TOS, it may still be time to start easing that practice into place.
In short (too late), stop being predatory jerks. You'll still be able to get off. I promise.
