I had that problem last week. For some reason it was not logging me into the JackinChat room. I had to use the link on the main page here.

They've changed up/tightened their rules and are requiring everyone to acknowledge before getting access back into the rooms

Not happening in the foreseeable future.
I haven't noticed any problems and I'm on it several times a week.
working great for me. Try a different browser. I was having trouble with safari a few months ago but it worked fine in chrome

This is almost certainly the problem. Easy fix, nothing to worry about. Look under Jackinchat-Rules up near the top.
