I am 66, had heart attack 7 years ago, so they keep me on meds + one for enlarged prostate, etc. I waited for Cialis to go generic because it was so expensive, but now it's less than $1 per 20 mg pill and my insurance covers it. The generic is called Tadalafil. If I take it on Friday evening, I can keep getting pretty hard all weekend, lasts 72 hours.

It lowers blood pressure, so my Cardiologist is all for it!

I seem to get a tolerance to it, so I try to go a few days between doses. I'm going to ask my urologist if alternating between Tadalafil and generic Viagra will help that.
