just pull it up on your phone in full screen then turn on screen record. i personally don't trust any software for something like this lol
Just save the link to the video. There is video downloading software available as I have one to download YouTube videos I keep for masturbating. Any of the download software is good.

I basically do the same on my PC, although in my case I just couldn't find any video download s/w that reliably worked (for some strange reason, video sites keep updating to block them!)
I use something called OBS Studio for it
