I am trying to enter in your chat room but failed it stops after saying *** Mode change to IWX and nothing happen after this. Not showing any channel list. If u have attachment facility i will upload the image so u will know better what problem i m facing. Further no button is working except ABOUT Button. I clicked disconnect, Channels, X but nothing happen.

I can never get into the chat either, alwasy get "unable to connect; java.net.ConnectException"

That seems like a java runtime error. I would uninstall java from your computer and restart it. Clear all the temp files and cookies from your web browser, restart the computer again. Then go to www.java.com and install the latest version and give it a try. Be sure to allow the chat application to run when you join the chat.

Did all that and it still tells me the application failed to run. I can send you the full Java console error if that would be useful.

I don't see any bans on you or anything. I'm not sure what the problem is.

Try all the usual troubleshooting: remove java from your computer, clear all temp files and cookies and reboot. reinstall java from www.java.com. If you have a software firewall installed, turn it off to see if java or the site is blocked. Otherwise, I dont know.

I do what u said to me. removed java, cookies, history and everything and then i install java again but nothing happen. I wana tell you that i am facing the same problem while connecting from www.xxxchatters.com. Can u please see my IP address in ban list.

if you cant connect from that website either, there may be a ban or something. I dont have your IP address, can you PM me with it?

I am blocked from the irc server from multiple clients and multiple IP's. Ive never been banned, havent been there in some time. It's odd

All on the same computer? I don't see any bans on your nick, unless you've used other nicks before. Are you connecting via a proxy at all?

Trying to move from java to the IRC client. Can anyone give me the address info for the IRC server?

I'm in the same boat as everyone else here. I click on chat...and I get as far as the chat window....but no chatters are listed....just a notice to re-do my Java....which I have done with absolutly no results or improvement. HELP!
