Getting frustrated now, havent been able to get into XXXChatters or Jackinchat and cant see why, have tried on different computers and different internet explorers, firefox etc and still no luck, can anyone help??????

No. There are warnings both in the Terms of Service on the website here, and warnings when you join the chat server. It is listed in the room topic, and you get messaged by the channel bot when you join the room. I'd say that is PLENTY of warnings already.

Yes, you were banned by a server operator for posting underaged photos. Seriously guys, the vast majority of the people that can't get in are because you are breaking the rules.

I have been on this site since 2006. I don't recall ever having posted any underage pics. to the best of my knowledge anything I have ever posted, although they were young were all over 18, admittedly some of them may have look under age. I don't believe I have ever posted an underage pic. how do I get the ban lifted. because I really enjoyed this site.

One of the people that run the chat server set the ban. Could not find any reason why the ban was in place, so it was removed. Sorry for the mix up.

I thank you for taking the trouble to investigate, I will try to be more careful in future and make sure that any pics I post can not be percieved as underage.

I have not been able to access chat and have never posted pics. My issue is serutity issues from your end, my machine blocks the connection

It seems I have been banned again, I do not understand why this is happening. I was on for only a short time today I chatted to no one posted to no one and only sent a thank you for lifting my ban to you. Who have I upset to be banned and would they care to explain?

It is out of my hands, sorry. The server owner reset the ban. I have no control over that and we don't run the chat server. Sorry man.
