I'm pushing 50 and have tried Viagra once or twice and I get a somewhat better erection, nothing bigger than my youth, but it does bring back some of the past glory. Has anyone tried any of the alternatives and have a opinion on which is better?

I've been using Levitra for the past year. While I haven't used Viagra I can say that Levitra makes my dick hard VERY easy. Does it make it bigger? I doubt it. It may seem to be bigger to me because of how much blood flow...

I've been curious about Viagra for a long time.

I probably could not get a prescription at my age (my usual problem being that I'm hard more than I'm soft.) But I'd still like to see what affect Viagra would have on me. Maybe keep me horny longer after cumming....instead of deflating like a balloon.

I have tried Viagra and Levitra and they seem pretty much the same. One thing my wife and I have tried is to get a twofer from them. What we do is that on the times I get an erection unaided (without viagra) which I stiil do about half the time I will take the viagra about 45 mins before we fuck and it will kick in about an hour after I first cum. That helps me get another erection which is usualy harder than the first. My wife loves it and we can fuck twice like we use to when we were younger. Also, I find by taking 1/2 of a pill before I'm going to masturbate I get a really hard erection like when I was a young kid and it lasts a long time.

Using Viagra/etc will not KEEP you horny after an orgasm. It may keep you hard after an O. Sometimes I stay hard, sometimes not. However, I have ALWAYS been able to get a second, AND third erection (if I want it) with 5+ minutes rest. (hey, I gotta catch my breath)

I am 50+ and don't have any problem getting hard. But I started taking Viagra when I married a much younger woman who liked to fuck for extended periods of time. I found that the Viagra allowed me to stay hard for a long time....as long as I continued to be horny.

A common misconception is that Viagra increases sexual desire. It doesn't and unless you are already horny and hot to trot, you can take all the Viagra, or any of the others, and you won't get a hard-on.

I don't know if it is my imagination, but I can take a 25mg shot of Viagra at about 8 pm at night, screw for an hour or so, get a good night's sleep, wake up the next morning and go for another hour. So the effect of the pill seems to last a really long time for me.

Gettig a prescription has nothing to do with age. You can get them online with an online 'exam' (questionnaire). Just answer the questions that you can't get or sustain an erection, and you get the pills. I've bough online for 3-4 years without any problems any time.

I know the commercials state that if you have an erection longer than 4 hours you should seek medical attention. If I had a hard on for 4 hours I'm not seeking medical attention, I'm seeking out the nurses, the receptionist and any other female that looks at what I am proudly displaying.

But seriously, the first question I asked is meant to be serious. Do you go flaccid just as easily as you would if you were not on the medication, or is there a longer period of time due to the use of the medication?

id love to try these things as i find getting a second erection an impossibilty most of the time, but where do you get them? i live in the uk which has a much tighter set of laws in terms of obtaining drugs of any nature.
