If you don't have a vibrator, there are some electric tools that vibrate and can be used. I've an electric hair clipper that works well. Watch out for the blades! Tried a Vacuum Cleaner? Use the hose without the brush. You might have to fashion an insert of some kind if the diameter is too large. Be sure and uncover the vent that reduces the vacuum.
