squirtmaster, thanks for starting this thread! I have taken zinc off and on 'cause it's good for your immune system, good for your skin (some people take it to combat acne), and good for "reproductive development". I have noticed that I have to be careful with the dosage, 'cause too much will make my stomach start turning.

As much as I love my pre, you know I'll start taking it again! smile
