When we get to our 60's things are not what they were. In my case slightly enlarged prostate. Tested o.k. benign, but a nuisance.

After a couple of years getting up two or three times a night, I went for Flomax Relief as prescribed by the doctor. Works in as much as only need to get up once some nights, and a better nights sleep. Also the aches & pains I used to get there have gone.

Problem, when I come. I used to enjoy the sight and feel of the spunk running down the shaft and trickling round by balls (I'm shaved) of if lying on my back to see the cream land on my stomach.

Since being on these tablets, I now either get all the feeling of orgasm and no spunk, or a bead of the stuff on the end of my cock that just sits there.

Is this an age thing when a guy gets beyond 60? Or are there others out there on the same tablets and have the same issue?

I look forward so much to a good wank at times, and then left disappointed when I don't get that nice warm trickle.

I'm seriously thinking of giving these pills a rest so I can let it fly again.

i was on flowmax for a while and had the same problem, dry orgasms, it felt good but there was no cream.

Must be the FLOMAX...I am 61 and also have an enlarged prostate, but no need for medication, as yet.

I did read the side effects and ejaculation is mentioned, but they don't say what the effects will be.

Might give the tablets a rest for a day or two, but if that fails to make a difference, wasted exercise.

I can relate. I'm taking a similar med for the same reason plus another called Finasteride. I have always been a long distance power squirter but these two meds have ended that. I experiment from time to time by stopping the drugs for a few days and that seems to restore my load. But the urination problems also come back and that's a pain in the ass.

I'd like to hear more about this from other guys and see if there are other solutions.

I take Finasteride also. I can cum but its almost clear and just runs down my cock. Sometimes if I'm really going to it, it may shoot out a bit further but not too often. I'll just keep on stroking, its too much fun to stop.

Similar issue due to surgery to remove prostate tumor. They shaved down my prostate to remove the tumor. Before, I was a pretty good cum shooter. Now, just a dribbler. Dr. told me I could take something to help, but cost and side effects don't seem worth it. Plus, clean up is easier after jacking off now.

Similar issue after having had a TURP (Trans Urethral Resection of the Prostate) operation (the old "Rotor Router" job). That's the cure for BPH (Benign Prostate Hyperplasia) and the operation causes retrograde ejaculation - - much of the semen fires back into the bladder due to sphincter muscle damage.

When I orgasm now I get the multiple pelvic muscle spasms and at 1st there is no sign of semen. After about 5 seconds a drop or two may ooze out. As one person said, it's easy clean up anyway and doesn't detract from the still intense feelings of the orgasm.

It's absolutely the Flomax doing it, I had exactly the same problem. Orgasm but no spunk - it was very disappointing! And also troubling is that you do actually produce ejaculate but it's backing up into your bladder. WTF?

I could just about live with that but the side-effect of the constantly stuffy nose was more than I could bear just for being able to pee better. I'd rather breathe well all the time AND shoot my spunk, so no Flomax for me.

Yes I see what you are saying. I must admit in my younger days I expected the urges to disappear as I got older, and took it for granted perhaps not getting an erection.
