If you invite him over, it might happen; but based on what he said before, I wouldn't count on it. Sounds like he likes you as a friend; but he doesn't want a bj or jo buddy. Nothing personal. At least that's the way I read it. I could be wrong.

I'd mostly leave it alone. Tell him that if he ever changes his mind the door is open, but then let it drop. He gave you a pretty definitive answer, so if you try to subtly maneuver him into a situation he's told you he's not interested in, you might look like a jerk who's not respecting his wishes, and then you might risk losing him as a friend altogether.
