When I lived in the USA I was surprised in the men's rooms that I appeared to be the only uncut guy in the country.
Circumcision (or as I prefer to call it Male Genital Mutilation) was started in the USA because it was thought to reduce masturbation. The USA never got over that superstition.
It shows just how backward the USA is in matters sexual.
