It is illegal to jack with minors....Omegle allows down to 13. I would be very careful doing anything on that site.

How do you know whether you're banned or not? Two weeks ago I'd get on and it went right to an ad(like a pop up). Then last week it was fine, now this week it's back to that damn ad!
