As a social nudist for over 40 years, I have never had a sunburn on my cock or in my genital area. I have seen a few newbie nudes at the resorts that did and I probably saw more women with sunburned tits than guys with sunburned dicks.

When I go to a nudist place, I use the spray on type high SPF sunscreen. I make sure I cover my entire body. I reapply every couple of hours and after swimming. Never had any problems.
