A few things might need some addressing as to the woman's low libido:
1. Have you tried to keep the romance going? Take her out to dinner and dancing, try to spice things up in the romantic way.
2. Get in shape
3. Spend some quality time with her and take an interest in some of the things she likes.
4. Ask yourself this question, "Is she having an affair?"

It may sound naive, but I love my wife and really it's not the most important part of our relationship. Yet, having an outlet does help prevent resentment which I feel is so destructive.
