Diet is supposed to have a big effect on the taste. I never had any luck changing it with diet, but then I am not too good at eating only fruits and such. As for amount, here's what I have found. First is make sure you are well hydrated. Lots of water is good for you anyway. Also the longer you build to an orgasm, usually the larger the load and intensity of the orgasm. I have found that it also helps to cum frequently for a few days to get your body used to producing a good amount of cum, then stop for a few days. Stimulate yourself a bit during those days, but do not cum.

There are some products on the market that are supposed to increase volume, but I have not tried them. I have tried a few diet suppliments from the pharmacy based upon what is in the other volume pills, but for health reasons I will not say what type or the amount.
