#6 and #3 are my favorites cause those looks to be from the first season of buffy when she still had curves.

3 is a promotional shot from season 1 while 6 is from season 2 period when she had her hair cut. Yeah, she was at her sexiest I think in seasons 1 through 3 when she had more curves and a bit of puppy fat to her. I still love her in all seasons though and ever since, but early Buff is best.
