I noticed when I recently attempted to log in to the chat room that a app would be put on my computer unless I blocked it. I blocked it, and was refused entry. Does anyone know what this is?

This is a Java thing ! Some brousers do not like you using java for security reasons. This has applied to jackinchat for a long time and no one has reported any problems if you click to use it . Otherwise you cannot comnnect to the chat room .
