I use Cialis 5mg for daily use. I've been using it for over five years with no side effects. It works great. Makes me super hard whenever I want. Only problem is it is so expensive.

Yes- got prescribed the 20mg ones but only three a month! Asked to be switched to the daily use and I'm loving the effect- and so is the Mrs.! Only been on them a few months so no side effects noticed, and I'm usually pretty susceptible to whatever side effects drugs produce. Thankfully, it's covered by insurance.
