I get up, take a shower, jerk off in the shower, get dressed, make breakfast and head off to work. It's nearly become a regular part of starting my day and I was wondering how much it is for others as well.

Yep, it's part of my daily routine, as well. I usually wake up, then start masturbating about 30-60 minutes later. It's no good if I start right away.
