I love keeping a jerk off journal although my wanking is pretty regular and it is an effort keeping it up to date. I record date, time, place a brief description and any special comments (like number of strokes when counted - I sometimes put a runner's pace counter thing on my wrist). About 5 years ago I decided to compile a year by year record of my ejaculations, both masturbation and fucking.

I tried to be as conservative as possible and came up with a total over 14,000 ejaculations.
