Simple...get multiple O-rings from Lowes, Home Depot or any hardware store....find the right size and slip them on.

Unroll a condom enough to snip off a couple inches, then roll it back up. Less for tighter, more for looser.

Lubed ones tend to come unraveled after one or two uses, but unlubed ones can last weeks or months.

On smaller dicks like mine, at least (a bit under 6 inches) hair elastics work well. Just add them until you get the pressure you want. The main problem is that it gets tangled in pubic hair, unless you trim and shave, which I do.

I've tried the wide rubber bands that come on broccoli at the supermarket. They vary in size depending on the number of broccoli spears, but I found one that provides a reasonably tight cock ring.
