I've done it quite a few times both ways. It's loads of fun (no pun intended).

When jacking over porn (I've been in groups as large as seven other guys), the process is absolutely fascinating and almost always the same.

They start out slowly and timid, as if they're wondering what the hell they're doing there.

Then, when they come to the realization that this is happening, they get hard almost immediately, as if they've decided that, hey, we're really doing this.

Soon, they get into it.
