There is a user on this isp that is constantly harassing the mods in the chat room, mostly me. If he continues to evade the bans the range that he is currently using will be banned from the room. This will in turn result in a ban of a few people. I am not however banning the whole isp like I have done in the past.

Due to continued abuse from a user of btcentralplus.com a specific range has been banned for an extended period of time. I do apologize for the issue but it was necessary. By only doing the range it only bans a small portion of them internet provider instead of the whole one.

Looks like I'm one of the collateral damage people that are included in the ban too. I understand the guy needed banning but how long will it last for?

Given that BT is one of the largest broadband providers in the uk it is likely that this will impact quite a few of us

If you read the post you would know why the ban is in place and why it only affects a select range of people.

Hit me as well the mods should be aware that BT is the largest ISP in the UK and any range ban will affect a lot of people - surely there is some way of banning a specific IP address??

Please could those of us who have recently been banned because of the above problem and who have not been abusive to the moderator be given some idea of the length of this unfortunate ban or whether it will ever be lifted? Thank you

I did ban his specific ip address and he just got around it. This will probably be in place for a few weeks.
