So lately I somehow came across a page talkign about penis traction devices...basically a kind of frame that you strap your junk into and it stretches it out. You're supposed to do it daily for weeks/months, and it's meant to give permanent gains due to microtears of tissue that are then repaired (so like bodybuilding for your dick lol)
I googled it and, whilst there are no studies confirming they're legit, I found an article by the NHS talking about how it's actually one of/the most promising penis extension method in terms of results and low risk. Okay, I can't recall the last time I responded to one of the thread topics here, but this time I just can't resist. Penis extenders, huh?
