Coffee shop topic alert...It seems to me that this whole fascination with giant asses on normally or otherwise proportionate women has gotten way out of control. Is it because of the Kardashian girls competetive seductions of black athletes? Kind of like body image cultural appropriation? Help me out.

I think it's just the typical 'flavour of the month' thing. A few years ago it was skinny, waif like catwalk models. I for one have always loved thick women with big ass and legs, latina, black women etc. More white women are working out to get ass these days, too, so there's more big asses about. Also, it's more 'socially acceptable' to be curvy and proud now...or to be skinny but with a huge ass. That's my take anyway.

I'm the same and tend to lean toward the Emily Ratajkowski type of body so I don't get the monster out of proportion ass at all. Think Woodstock ass...

Sorry, I don't buy it. The "plus size" model effort seems like a convenient cop-out to excuse obesity, just like having a huge ass pardons one from exercising, or worse, body sculpting.
