Anyone else here into sounding? I really enjoy it. Have a few questions for other sounders.

How long have you been sounding? How long it take you to go up in rod size? How often do you sound?

I love sounding. It feels so good to be touched from the inside. I tried it when I was younger and it didn't do much for me back then, but then a few years ago I saw an incredibly hot video of a thin metal stiletto heel being inserted into a cock. It got me interested in trying again.

My first plug was 7 mm thick and about 2 inches long. It took me about a week before I could fully insert it and then over the next 6 months I started using thicker and longer toys. I can fit a 9.5 mm plug in comfortably now and a 6 inches deep is no problem. I can fit a 10 mm plug in but it still hurts quite a bit.

I think there are quite a few sounders on here, I'm one of them, can take 12mm and once took 13!
Stretching time seems to vary, It took me a long time to get to 10mm, whereas the earlier stretches were comparatively easy. Just take your time and enjoy the experience.
I go through phases of sounding, sometimes every day, then a couple of weeks without sounding at all. I just go with the flow!

I will sound sometimes every day for a while then will be a week before I do again. I can easily take 6mm with no issue and have started with 7mm and still slightly hurts but not much. I really like the feeling as it slides in. My sounds are about 8 inches long and I can take the whole 6mm one the full 8 inches in. The 7 mm I can only take in a few inches. Just been going slow and using lot of lube.

I've been sounding for a while. I'm up to a Sharpie all the way in (see profile) along with various things. You can email me for more pix but have some to share. I've had 14" silicone ones in all the way.

I have been sounding on and off, for about the last two years. I even bought some hegar sounds, but stretching your peehole is a long, slow process, with very small (I.e less than 0.5mm) increases in sound diameter only possible after comfort is achieved with a smaller sound. So I stretch with a variety of tools to get that hole enlarged, including silicone sounds, which are good to leave inserted for 24 hours or more.
While I have no problem at all with sounds at 8.5mm, the 9.0mm mark is still a challenge for more than a few seconds insert.
I do envy guys with big peeholes who can fit a pinky finger in them. It looks and I think it would feel amazing.

What do you all use for lube? I'm been using a water based stuff call better than spit.

I'd never thought of trying sounding until several years ago, when, due to a medical situation, I was taught to self catheterise. My consultant suggested my wife and I should know how to do it in case of an emergency. My wife and I were given instruction by a nurse in a side ward, then given a pack of catheters to take home. I did it once more at home, and my wife did it to me twice as well.
I was horried to start with but soon realised that it's all in the mind - it didn't hurt and it was quite exciting.
I didn't ever need to do it in emergency and eventually, there was no need.
I used the catheters in secret when I was on my own. They of course go right into the bladder, so "all the way".
When I'd used them all, I tried different things. I've never purchased a proper sound, but have fun every so often with cutlery, pens, biros, knitting needles, screwdrivers and even scissors. I also read about folding a headphone wire in half and inserting it. That's quite good and it can go right in as far as the bladder too.
I quite like finishing up by masturbating with something inserted. I enjoy it most by holding whatever it is in place and wanking as normal. Sliding whatever it is, in and out doesn't work for me.
I always sterilise everything in a bowl of boiling water and lubricate with saliva which works well for me.
I don't do it often, but every few months I get the urge to play.

I recommend only using sounds specifically designed for the purpose, other objects may have ridges that can get stuck or be difficult to sterilise. Also only use lube formulated for sounding.
It's just not worth the risk of damaging your favourite body part or getting an infection, so be prepared to invest a little money and sound safely!

I've been sounding for a few years now and really enjoy it. I really need to find a longer set or rods with a stopper on the end, otherwise my cock swallows the current set of rods and they a tough to get out when you're hard. They will fall out once you get soft. I'm currently looking at some silicone rods and penis plugs. I want to get past 10mm and up to 11mm.
