You might want to look into Discord. A Discord server is simple, free and easy to set up.
It supports chat rooms, private chat, mic, group mic, media posting -everything but live cam, which you can still launch from there for buds.
The Discord platform is mostly used by kids for gaming stuff, but there's vibrant and growing porn community, with dozens of servers dedicated to whatever you're into.
