Hosting, definitely. I'm married and would want my J/O buddy to be married as well so that we both understood the importance of being ultra careful and discrete. But that means we'd both be parnoid about hosting!

That prohibition on sharing pics is news to me. In fact, one of the most frequent complaints I get is about some users posting too many pics. So, you may have to be a bit more specific in your complaint.
Are you referring to unsee posts? That has nothing to do with sharing pics, period, and everything to do with the nature of unsee as temporary availability, which results in threads that have more complaints that the pics are gone than anything else. Why clutter the boards with them?
Do you mean keeping the focus of the two chat channels clearly defined? Theres a reason for the two channels - when we just had one for chat and link sharing, the chat got buried in series of links posted. So we split them, and now keep links to share pics in the channel dedicated to doing so.
But, if you look around the site, you will find plenty of pics and links to pics, demonstrating that this claim is false.
