I'm cut, and my standard method is to grip the shaft with all four fingers (behind the head), tightly enough that I am not rubbing the skin, but moving it back and forth. Since I don't have a lot of extra skin I can't move it very far (maybe a half inch), but it tugs on my balls and makes the skin around the edge of my head go loose/tight/loose, so it feels nice at both ends! Oh, and I have very little precum, so can't use that for lube.

Since this method doesn't stimulate my head directly, I can last longer as well.

I'm cut and use olive oil. I go "dry" sometimes, but its been my experience that dry stroking tends to desensitize the head after a while. I also cup my head through my shorts sometimes but when I lube up I get far better pleasure.
