This is a real bummer. Tumblr was my go-to for porn for years. Anyone else bummed about Tumblr banning porn?

Yes I believe any adult blogs will be switched to private and the content only visible to the user running the blog. I think, like many from what I can tell, I will close my blog down. It is possible to do a backup and download a copy of your blog, if you use it on a computer.
It's such a shame, although I would always support making the internet safer for minors this doesn't quite seem the right response. Not sure where everyone will go now.

I am in the same boat, been blogging for years, not sure what to move to.
Anyone know if "likes" will still be available or should i go through and repost as much as i can. I'm hoping to at least retain them for 'future use'.

Incredibly sad news! I think what may have caused this were the few who were posting child porn and/or child incest porn. Shame to blow it for the rest who post harmless stuff.
Also loved the way you could get on one tumblr blog and find other good ones.
