I found a video syncing site a while back called togethr.tv
Its similar to mycircle in a lot of ways, the main difference being that the rooms are temporary, and videos are streamed directly from the site rather than uploaded permanently.
It has text chat and mic capability, although the vid sites it can stream from is somewhat limited, spankbang being my main go to site for this due to its playlisting capabilty.
mycircle is better for getting random traffic, but if you have regular buddies, togethr.tv is definitely well worth a try.

Yeah I only just got into rabb.it when they took away (pretty much) the only way to advertise your room, and I havn't been back for a while.

Been looking for a good place to casually cam and watch porn with people. I see it as Kind of a stepping stone to getting my cajones together to actually broadcast

Rabbit broadcasters are advertising their rooms on reddit.
Try subscribing to nsfwrabbitrooms and you will find quite a few porn rooms advertised there..
