It wasn't introduced as legislation and it does matter who wrote it. People accuse her of not being a scientist and other similar criticisms. Many people believe she wrote it and she didn't. It's a document addressing contemporary problems and possible solutions. The document and her are being attacked and 99% of americans don't have a clue what it's about.

Can anyone on this thread even explain how the Greenhouse Effect works? How the CO2 in our atmosphere makes our climate on earth different than, say, the moon? Here in Canada the Greenhouse Effect is taught in about grade 8 or grade 9 science class.

Yea maybe like 6th grade or so in America. Not really sure i just remember leaning alittle about it. Years later obviously I read that the perfect model I learned didnt translate well when scaled. Most old models use the same numbers as in a actual green house.
