Yes I remember that time - just. I also remember the magazines in barbers' shops - Parade in particular - where for the first time you got a look at women without dresses or skirts: usually in quite deep suspender belts, stockings, bra and panties. No hold-ups of course. The women had a cheap glamour, which made them more desirable, because they were like the shop-girls who tarted themselves up on a Saturday night.
