My wife is American, I am English and not circumcised. My wife had never seen an uncircumcised man before me and she says that a foreskin raises her sexual excitement to a new level.

Guess its just part of the American culture. Saw lots that were circumcised when I was in school and it was normal. That being said I am friends with a few families that homeschool their kids was asked about is there a difference between being cut and not and was anyone picked on for not being cut.

It's a bullshit way for doctors and hospitals to make more money by mutilating infant penises and it's totally cruel, sickening, and unnecessary. I'm very pissed that I was cut at birth. It's my cock and should have been my choice.

There is no medical reason to do it. Men don't need nipples, why not cut them off too so docs can make more money.

Agree with Slostroker, "it's bullshit"!! There's a lot of brainwashing going on. I'm amazed at how many people think it's a medical necessity! If a guy can't keep his cock clean they don't deserve one.

It was designed in the 1800s as a way to prevent masturbation among the males of our flawed species. I personally disproved that argument as has every boy or man since. It wasn't seen as a medical necessity until later (penile cancer, etc.); some In American medicine made arguments against it but then came AIDS. From what I've read circumcision was popularized in Commonwealth countries after some members of the Royal family were circumcised and God knows we all must follow the wise Royals.

I agree wholeheartedly. It is a bullshit procedure that is largely unnecessary. Ant it is a nice15 minute procedure just to make more money for the doctors. But do NOT give them any more ideas. I like my nipples and want to keep them.
. . . . . . . . . . Surely no one is so naive they really believe a 5.2 inch erection is considered average . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .I see more 5.2 inch flaccid cocks than I do of little 5.2 inch erections. . . . . . . . . . .

I always thought it was down to religious reasons but I wouldn't know much about the American culture to be honest.

When circumcision was popularized it was hardly done as a money-making opportunity.

The fact that it's seen as such today is an indictment of the health care system as it stands, not the historical root of the practice.

The procedure became common in the second half of the 19th Century (the era which still strongly dictates much of our mores) based on the pseudo-scientific reasoning that it reduced the spread of syphilis and the Second Great Awakening moralizing that it would prevent jacking -also the Old Testament heavy bible thumping that runs throughout American theology.

So the US was the perfect storm of moralizing and scientific progress for it to take hold.

I had an American gf who couldnt get enough of my foreskin. She loved sliding it back over my head or getting her tongue into it.
For the majority of men there is absolutely no medical reason to remove it.
