I read that Skype has a policy against nudity, porn, etc. They reserve the right to monitor conversations and ban your account. Have people found this to be true when chatting with Buds? Pretty disappointing given there aren't really any other options.

Yes you can on both from what I can see. Wickr looks like its better maintained though. Don't have anyone to test with yet though.
