I occasionally use viagra to make my dick harder but be careful with cialis because I found that it made my heart race. At 75 my dick doesn't get hard like it used to but I still have wonderful sessions masturbating. If you're over 21 like me you might need to check cialis out with your doctor. I am 65 and have diabetes, so can get hard, but can't keep it up long, so V helps a lot with that. Without it I have to rub harder and do manage to cum, but with a semi-softy.
I often find that the next day after taking it, I can get just as hard, so even though its designed for one day, it does have some lasting benefits. And no known side-effects that i have noticed.
BUT WARNING!!! I once took a full pill to see what would happen. I got hard alright... so much so that even after cumming, it felt like it was going to explode! So if you use, it (which I can recommend), start with a 1/4 pill and work up from there as needed.
