I have tried several supplements with Yohimbe and you have to be careful, the amount that works and the amounts that make you feel very sick is close.

There is one supplement I have taken that works and doesn't make me feel bad is GNC Prostate and Virility. It says take two, but for me, one works or one and half. If I take more, it makes feel bad.

Get more exercise, lose weight if necessary. I have found exercise to help me.
