Yup, definitely the wrong kind of apostrophes. Had it happen using my iPad a few weeks ago when iOS was autocorrecting me.
I've found a way round it. It works for me. I type my message in Word (or any similar word program)on my laptop, minus any apostrophes, question marks, dashes, etc. I then copy and paste that into the jackinchat dialogue box, then add the apostrophes, question marks, dashes, etc back again. Don't know why it works, but it does.

So many things wrong with this site. Like why can you only post pics with a web link. Incredibly lame. And finding local members is super difficult due to the poorly designed search. And the cam section doesn't work, or at least never did for me. Sure, this site is free, but you get what you pay for....

Mobile iOS, for some reason, maps superscript punctuation (apostrophes, quotation marks, etc) differently than other punctuation. This was a change from the way other text sources map them. With the site being 100% custom code written by the site's owner, rather than being an "out of the box" content management system, it's resulted in this issue. The site owner has been notified quite some time ago, but I don't know how complicated it's going to be for him to fix without toppling other code for the site like dominoes.
It's annoying, but in the grand scheme of things, a minor annoyance.
