I got to the point where I was able to hang a one gallon jug of water and the starter motor from a Honda (heaviest thing I had in the house the time) from my sack at the same time I was able to pull my sack skin down to my knee. Used to keep them stretched with bras rings I'd slip over my balls and stack them up until I couldn't fit any more, some GOOD shops used to sell ball stretcher sleeves that you would wrap around your sack and snap closed.
