Seeings as we shrink in height and muscle mass as we get older, I don't doubt the lil man gets, well, littler as we age.

As has been mentioned above, the more weight we put on, especially our midrif and thighs etc will most definitely make our cocks look smaller, Also, as we age, we get more loose skin and weight around the groin area, almost puffy, which again makes the lil man look smaller. Mine has lost a half inch or more. Part of this may be due to surrounding fat, as some have already stated, but I think most men just can't 'inflate' it as hard as formerly. I've never tried viagra or similar drugs, maybe that gives you a stiff enough hard on to bring it to its former size, but I try to avoid drugs.
