Hardly ever use lube. Foreskin covers the head and slips fairly easily backwards and forwards. After prolonged edging there's often some precum which helps ease the skin to move too. Like others, I fairly often moisturise the shaft, foreskin and glans.

Pre cum is the best lube, makes my foreskin slippery
