Sure this is not a new thread but my mailbox is almost full with spam

Have tried deleting message on the mail Home Screen if you will

Checking the boxes works deleting the checked messages does not work

Have also tried deleting messages one by one in the body of the email

That does not work either

Help!!!

Interesting! I've never had any trouble deleting spam messages. Either checking them in the Inbox list individually or several at a time, or by opening each message individually and then deleting it while open.

If deleting the checked title(s) from the Inbox list doesn't work, you might try opening them individually and deleting them individually by clicking on the DELETE box in the lower left corner below the message text.

I have no problem deleting but have given up reporting aa nothing seems to be done about it

I'm sure that the Jackinchat honchos are doing everything they can about it. But it's like "security" bugs in Windows operating systems. Microsoft sends security updates every month, but the bugs are eternal. Unfortunately one of the mods gets pissy and rude about the spam reporting every time a new member brings it up. Then he closes the thread.
