Now, at 79 I jack-off two or three times a day and still fuck guys a couple of times a week. So bottom line, jacking-off a little less often now, but fucking a little bit more often.

Sounds like a familiar story to me! Only big difference is that I didn't jack-off as much as you did while I was married, but after my wife passed away (when I was 61) I went back to an average rate of blowing loads between three and four times a day. I did keep track of my jacking in 2015. The final result for the year was that I blew 1224 loads by jacking-off, blow-jobs, or hand-jobs and another 56 times by fucking.
